About Our Scholarship:Receive $100-$500. DEADLINE: June 30th
The age range is 12-18, any nominees between the ages of 14-18 they must complete a 150 word essay on what leadership and teamwork you have contributed on and off the field. The JahWorld memorial scholarship fund was established to continue the legacy of leadership, teamwork, academic achievement and great character that JahSun A. Patton demonstrated. The goal of the scholarship fund is to provide financial assistance to off-set the cost of playing organized football which instills teamwork, leadership and develops great character, all the traits which JahSun demonstrated during his lifetime.

Registration Fees
Registration fees can be one of the reasons a kid may be unable to play football the Jahworld scholarship will help in the cost. |

Football equipment can be very expensive and this scholarship will offset some of the cost. |

A lot of times the end of the season trip for the football players is very costly and a lot of the players miss out on a experience that can change their lives, this scholarship can help in the cost. |
Who is JahSun
JahSun A. Patton was born on April 12,1999 and was tragically killed on November 25,2017 while visiting his sister in Harrisburg. JahSun was a kid full of energy, to positively channel his energy his mother introduced him to football.
His passion for the game began to take shape with the Pop Warner league’s Gators football team. As JahSun grew bigger and stronger, so did his love of football. He played for KIPP Middle School, Timeteo flag football and Boys Latin High school, where his leadership and determination got him a starting position. JahSun was also an excellent student at Boys Latin having earned a 3.5 GPA and numerous college acceptance letters before his tragic death.
JahSun’s leadership abilities allowed him to change lives on and off the field. He was known to help his peers stay on the right track and set and example for all of them. He touched so many lives in just 18 years, JahSun’s legacy and what he represented will never be forgotten
